Human Resources Coordinator for a Fortune 500 company. This position is located in Princeton, NJ.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department activities in support of the HRBPs and their client groups, can be first point of contact on all HR related issues.
- Ensure confidentially of information as well as comply with all company policies.
- Coordinate employee data and submit to HRIS on daily basis.
- Onboarding, Offboarding, Termination, New Hires, Supervisor, and Cost Center Changes.
- Coordinate with representative from IT, Compensation & Benefits, Purchasing, and Facilities for the specific presentations and lead tour of facility.
- Print and assemble New Hire Packets and mail to New Employees. Coordinate lunch meetings between new employee/manager.
- Order and maintain NEO Binders/Packets. Complete I-9 Verification paperwork and PKI. Conduct HR related presentations and arrange videos of company related information.
- Run reports/audits for data integrity/org structure. PeopleSoft data management and TMS reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree Required.
- Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in busy, fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient in navigating HRIS and other software programs, e.g., PeopleSoft, BrassRing, TMS, SharePoint, and job description software (e.g., Pathfinder).
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Have an understanding or be familiar with navigating Organizational Chart software. Good presentation skills.
- Must be familiar with meeting/appointment scheduling.
